All Rigs are made by Seaswest to a very high standard, using only high-quality materials sourced from UK warehouses. These are the same rigs I use myself in all my fishing.
The pulley dropper is not a pulley rig in the truest sense. It does not pull the lead away from the sea bed on the retrieve. What it does do however, is allow you to fish a long snood/hook length tight to the sea bed with a minimum risk of tangling.
On impact with the water the Bent Rig Clip disconnects from the top swivel. The snood/ hook length then slides to the bottom of the rig body. When retrieving a fish, the lead is above the fish, making it far less likely the lead will catch any snag, clay beds etc.
The Imp is a clever little devil, and that’s just what it is, a small neat bait clip that fits into the fast link and can be added or removed from rigs during fishing. All Imps come with a Fast link as well. It is an excellent rig for big ray, cod, smoothhounds or conger eels.
The Drop Down pulley pennel rigs are exactly the same as the Drop Down single hook pulley rigs, just with a 2 hook pennel arrangement in place of the single hook. This allows long and large baits to be fished without reducing the chance of a hooking the fish. The second pulley hook also has shrink tube on the shank of the hook to enable easy movement and placement of the hook within the bait
This listing is for 5 Pulley Dropper Rigs with Breakaway IMP Clips and a Choice of Single or Double hook (two) per trace. Rigs are made with 70lb breaking strain line for the trace body and (25 - 60lb lb) snood, dependant on hook size. There is a swivel at the top for quick change and a rig clip for the weight. All Rigs come individually packed with rig details on each pack.
